Return/Refund Policies

Forest Moon Market return/refund policies:

Forest Moon Market must be contacted within 48 hours of receiving your package. Any item must be returned within two weeks of package delivery and in a new, unwashed, unused state. 

Custom dyed items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or made incorrectly. Photos are required of damaged/incorrectly made items so we can handle this issue appropriately. 

Refunds will only be issued after items are properly returned, in the time and state as mentioned above.  Refunds will be handled directly through our website.
